HILLS CARE FOR KIDS, INC.

Hills Care For Kids is a parent owned, non-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality child care for children attending Hills Elementary School. We offer two child care Programs:

 1) School year - runs from the first day of school through the last day of school. Activities include crafts, organized games, projects (including holiday parties) and a time for free play. We also set aside a quiet environment for homework. We provide breakfast (for children arriving before 7:30 a.m.) and a snack each afternoon. We are open all days that school is in session. We also offer an all-day Program during non-school days and holidays (except major ones) for an additional charge. The Program opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 2) Summer - begins June 6th and runs through August 12th. If your child is eligible for Kindergarten during the 2010/2011 school year, he/she is welcome to participate in our Summer Program. Tuition is $150.00/week with the requirement that the child be enrolled the entire 10 week session. $175/week for students not enrolled in the 10 week session and $40 for the daily rate. If you are signed up for the entire 10 week program you get 5 vacation days that you do not have to pay for.

*There may be an additional activity fee added on to compensate for field trips.

Numerous field trips and activities are scheduled throughout the summer sessions. The Program provides all transportation for field trips, breakfast (for children arriving before 7:45 a.m.), lunch and two snacks. In addition, the children will participate in the Summer Reading Program (sponsored by Hills Bank), offered at Hills Elementary.

There is a yearly non-refundable registration fee for each child enrolled in the Program. Through May 7, the fee is $25.00 per child. After May 7, the fee is $35.00 per child. This yearly registration fee covers part of the cost of liability insurance for the Program. The Parent Board hopes we can fill your child care needs. We look forward to your participation in the Program.
