Iowa Department of Education under the 21st Century Community Learning Center program,

Title IVB, of the No Child Left Behind legislation.

Hills Learning Center programs rely on volunteers to work with individual students on specific skills. Recreation programs also need volunteers to help organize and coordinate activities. Those interested can contact Kris Mowatt at 688-1108.
