Welcome to the ICEA Website The "ICEA" (Iowa City Education Association) is a local branch of the NEA (National Education Association). We are the certified bargaining representatives for all of the teachers within the ICCSD. We also have responsibilities for other functions to benefit our members. Association membership is comprised of ICCSD teachers and teacher associates. Currently, the ICEA has over 700 members, and is ever-growing.
