Tech How To

Capital Outlay for Audiovisual Equipment

horizontal rule

Funds for replacement of standard instructional equipment (excluding computers) are provided to buildings each spring. The intent of these funds is to assure that classroom equipment such as TVs, VCRs, overhead projectors and audio equipment is in good condition to support teaching and learning.

If you feel that you have adequate supplies of the replacement items, you may choose alternate items from the list.  In general, computer hardware is not purchased with these funds. However, some peripheral items such as scan converters and disk drives may appear on the annual list. No supplies are to be ordered with capital outlay funds.

If there are needed items that do not appear on the spring list, contact the Library Coordinator.
